Use Of The Service

You agree to use ATW Systems pages and any separately authorized service lawfully and to provide accurate information when booking demos, submitting forms, or using an approved product environment.

Demo And Service Information

Demo content and public marketing pages are provided for general information. Final service scope, pricing, and obligations are confirmed in a separate agreement or subscription setup.

Booking And Communications

When you book a demo, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to choose a time you can attend. A booking confirmation may be sent by email or WhatsApp when you provide the relevant details and consent. You may use the management link in that confirmation to reschedule or cancel. ATW Systems may contact you about the booking and may stop follow-up when you ask us to.

Customer Data

You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and permissions connected to information you enter into the platform. Do not upload information you are not authorised to share. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another user's data, send harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the booking flow for spam or harassment.

Platform Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, networks, or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

ATW Systems branding, ATW Business Suite, focused product software, page content, and related materials are owned by ATW Systems or its licensors.

Third-Party Services

Hosting, scheduling, messaging, analytics, payment, and other third-party services may be required for parts of the platform. Their availability and terms can change, and their separate terms may apply to the relevant feature.

Changes And Availability

We may update the site, features, pricing, or these terms as the service develops. We will publish the latest terms on this page. We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, providers, networks, or events outside our control can affect availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATW Systems is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by your unauthorised use, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it directly.
