ATW Systems respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the ATW Systems website, ATW Business Suite pages, focused product pages, booking forms, demos, and customer communications.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, booking details, form responses, and messages you send to us.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, provide services, improve the site and relevant product experience, and send follow-up about the ATW product you asked us about.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, communication, scheduling, support, and analytics, only as needed to operate the service. Those providers may process data outside Trinidad and Tobago under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies And Tracking
With your permission, ATW Systems uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand visits, measure advertising, and improve the demo journey. These tools may set cookies or use similar browser storage. The consent banner lets you allow analytics or continue without it; refusing analytics does not prevent you from using the site or booking a demo. Essential storage may still be used for security, accessibility, and remembering your consent choice.
Retention And Security
We normally keep enquiry and booking information for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is needed to deliver the requested service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or maintain accurate business records. We then delete it or anonymise it when reasonably practical. We use access controls, encrypted connections, backups, and service-provider safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Rights
You can ask us to update, export, or delete information we hold about you, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask how your information is used, subject to legal and operational requirements.
